Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Whitehall, WV & Bridgeport
Pay: up to $16/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 PM


About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our client's team in Whitehall, WV. This role is key to providing an excellent patient experience and supporting the daily operations of the office.


Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Greet patients and ensure a welcoming environment
• Follow up on leads and patient referrals
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently
• Screen patients as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT codes is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
