Start your driving career with experienced professionals and begin earning immediately after CDL school with no debt. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet based in Youngstown, OH. This is a full-time regional dry van position offering paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time. Drivers earn $850 per week during training. After successful completion of the mentor program, you will be assigned your own truck with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
- Satisfactory driving record
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
