Job Title

Qualifications:

• Experience with Versa Trans preferred
• Must have demonstrated excellent attendance
• Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Must have strong data management skills
• Must have strong communication skills in person and on phone
• Must have demonstrated ability to follow directions
• Must be able to demonstrate computer literacy (Microsoft Office and LOCS district programs)
• Must demonstrate a professional and positive attitude when speaking with parents, students, Administrators, and co-workers
• Must abide by and respect workplace policies
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have CDL Class B license with air breaks and PS endorsement
• Must be able to drive any route

Description:

• Must be able to direct bus drivers/aides
• Must maintain employee and student confidentiality
• Must maintain bus, student, and route data as required
• May be required to drive a bus
• Must schedule sub bus drivers
• May be required to schedule and invoice field trips
• May be required to assist in the coordination of school calendars
• Requires ability to maintain necessary records
• Must commit to and be willing to invest additional time to learn various department systems
• Must have demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Requires lifting
