Job Description As a server you’re our front line and a key component of our amazing guest experience. We look to our servers as the guides to a unique dining experience through thoughtful product suggestions and delivering on our high standards of timing and quality. Sales Build your own check averages while ensuring the guest receives everything they need. Attain product knowledge to become a master of German cuisine and beverages. People Work well with colleagues across hospitality and culinary services. Assist in training others when needed. Controls Take pride in your work area and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and organization. Standards Follow protocols and standards, including uniform policy. Uphold product quality and speak up if standards are not met. Qualifications No degree required; experience is a plus, but not mandatory. A positive attitude, passion for service, and desire for growth. Flexible schedule with ability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends (a plus). Strong teamwork and communication skills with guests and coworkers. Current food handler’s permit or ability to obtain one upon hire.
