Concrete Tender / Rebar installer / Finisher

Denco, Inc. is hiring an experienced Concrete Tender/Rebar Installer/Finisher to join our construction crew in Southern New Mexico. You'll work across a range of commercial and government projects — forming, finishing, rebar, and ground prep — the full scope of skilled concrete work. We're not looking for a helper; we need someone who can own their portion of a pour and deliver clean, professional results. $33,280 - $45,760 yearly

• Build and set concrete forms for footings, walls, slabs, columns, and other structures per drawings
• Perform ground preparation, including grading, compaction, and layout
• Place, cut, bend, tie, and position rebar according to project specifications
• Pour, spread, screed, bull float, and finish concrete to required grades, slopes, and surface textures
• Read and work from construction plans alongside project supervisors
• Strip forms, clean equipment, and maintain a safe, organized job site throughout the project

• 5+ years of concrete experience across forming, finishing, rebar, and ground prep — all four, not just one or two
• Ability to read and execute from construction plans and project specifications
• Must be local to Las Cruces or Alamogordo, NM
• Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physically capable of sustained outdoor labor in New Mexico heat and field conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and a clear communicator on the job site
