Direct Care Specialist - Independent Living Support

Acacia Network seeks a Direct Care Worker to provide direct care for adults with developmental disabilities in Independent Residential Alternatives in New York. You will assist with daily living skills, support independence, and implement individualized care plans. You will supervise health and safety, accompany residents to appointments, maintain clean living spaces, and document changes for the program nurse.
