Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for the following shift:

Shift: Friday to Tuesday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift.
Administer medications and monitor patient health as per the care plan.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Assist with patient assessments and care plans.

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted LVN license.
Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a correctional or clinical setting.
Experience with CDCR (California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation) or CERNER is highly preferred.

Orientation:

The selected candidate will participate in a comprehensive orientation program lasting 1-2 weeks to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
