We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our restaurants operating safely, efficiently, and smoothly.Position OverviewThe Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep across multiple restaurant locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, a working knowledge of building systems, and the flexibility to handle urgent service needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment and building systems.Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and basic carpentry tasks.Respond to urgent maintenance requests and service calls across all 21 restaurant locations.Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.Complete maintenance logs, service reports, and work order documentation accurately and on time.Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.Assist in planning and implementing facility improvement projects.Maintain tools and equipment.Qualifications1+ years of experience in facility, commercial, or restaurant maintenance preferred.Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair practices.Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions independently.Strong organizational and communication skills.Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations daily.ScheduleFull-time positionMust be available for occasional nights, weekends, or emergency calls as neededBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($20-25/hr, based on experience)Mileage reimbursementOpportunity for growth within a stable management companySupportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
