Finance Lead, Forecasting & Reporting

Finance Lead role supporting AbbVie's US Migraine business, responsible for P&L forecasting across all planning cycles, financial modeling, and insights for commercial and leadership teams. Position involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end P&L forecasting for US Migraine across all planning cycles with accurate submissions
  • Develop and enhance forecasting models using patient funnels, market data and scenario analysis
  • Track actual results against forecasts, analyze variances and assess forecast accuracy
  • Build financial cases for new product launches and strategic initiatives including ROI and capital requirements
  • Create reports and presentations on P&L trends, risks, opportunities and competitive benchmarking for leadership review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years commercial finance, forecasting, financial planning and analysis experience
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with SAP, BPC, Power BI, Microsoft Office and analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret market research and quantify marketing and promotional financial impact
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • Proven cross-functional stakeholder management and influence without direct authority
