Position Summary As an AI Engineer on the Platform Product team, you'll build and deploy AI capabilities for our chat experiences, from model development through production integration. Entry-level role suited to a recent graduate with a foundation in applied AI/ML and software engineering. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or a related field. Proficient in Python with experience in an ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn). Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Git, and core ML fundamentals. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with NLP or conversational AI, chatbot platforms (e.g., Agentforce), cloud (Azure), and MLOps/CI-CD. Familiarity with data pipelines and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $72,100.00 - $144,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
