Warehouse Order Picker / Distribution Associate
Location: Minden, NV
Schedule: Full time - Day/night
Pay - $21.00 - $22.00
Job SummaryAccurately selecting products to fulfill customer orders and preparing them for shipment. The Warehouse Order Picker / Distribution Associate plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, food safety, and operational excellence while demonstrating the client's guiding principles and commitment to safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Distribution- Select products from the distribution center using location codes, descriptions, and stock numbers (SKUs).
- Pick and pack orders according to established distribution guidelines.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and packaging of all products.
- Sort, consolidate, and palletize products for shipment.
- Load orders accurately and efficiently to support on-time delivery.
- Audit completed work to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational standards.
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate quality, sanitation, or safety concerns to leadership.
- Maintain product quality by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP requirements, food safety procedures, and product specifications.
- Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Identify, document, and report any deviations related to quality, legality, or food safety requirements.
- Support a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or order-picking experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
