Our EPIC values of Excellence, Personal Investment, Celebration, Accountability, Compassion, and Team Spirit guide how we work and support one another.What You’ll DoLead your team: Oversee Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry while creating a positive, service-focused environment.Keep things running: Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.Stay ahead of repairs: Complete preventative maintenance and respond promptly to work orders.Keep us safe: Oversee inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and life safety requirements.Manage projects: Coordinate vendors, purchasing, budgets, repairs, and community projects.Support the community: Keep apartments move-in ready and assist with transportation and other needs as necessary.What You’ll BringMaintenance, facilities, or related leadership experience.Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general maintenance.Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.A dependable, hands-on approach and pride in quality work.Ability to work with vendors and outside contractors.Availability for on-call needs and emergencies.Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.What We OfferBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, plus employer-paid life insurance.PTO From Day One: Start accruing paid time off on your first day.Free Meals: Enjoy a complimentary meal during your shift.Daily Pay: Access your earned wages when you need them.Extra Support & Perks: Employee Assistance Program, referral bonuses, recognition programs, and employee discounts.Growth Opportunities: Training and opportunities to grow your career with Agemark.Lead with purpose and make your mark with an EPIC team.
