Full-Time Nurse Unit Manager The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a full‑time nurse unit manager for its Sub‑Acute Care Unit in the CHF Management program. Benefits Weekday (Mon – Fri) schedule 403(b) retirement plan Referral bonuses Tuition reimbursement for clinical programs Requirements Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN or LPN) Preference for registered nurse licensure Experience with electronic medical record systems; Preference for PointClickCare (PCC) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid leadership abilities Job Duties Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Mentor RN/LPN staff nurses Provide guidance to nursing assistants Monitor training for new orientations Ensure continual delivery of high‑quality nursing care Greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives The successful candidate will report to the Director of Nursing and collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing/Staff Development Coordinator to foster patient‑centered nursing care.
