The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner, strong communicator, and trusted advisor who understands how to balance employee experience with organizational objectives. Strong employee relations skills, including conducting workplace investigations and resolving concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. The ability to coach and advise supervisors while serving as a trusted resource on a broad range of human resource matters. A solid understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to contribute across multiple HR functions and organizational initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent directly related experience may be substituted on a year for year basis. Six (6) or more years of progressively responsible human resources experience, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employment law compliance.
