Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician for contract assignment starting September 21-November 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in Sunnyvale, CA. Provider will work with MA to see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, annual physicals, and wellness visits. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break; provider can also accommodate a schedule of 4 10-hour shifts per week if needed. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Pediatrics experience is required; Urgent Care experience preferred. Client uses Epic EMR.
