What You'll Be Doing As a Line Cook at PBODY'S, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency during service.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery.
- Monitoring food inventory and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled individual who brings both talent and professionalism to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food preparation.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality and consistency in every dish you prepare.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and ready to give your best every shift.
