We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our St. Louis team!What You'll Do:Establish project design approach for specific discipline at project start up.Lead client management; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.Presents design to client and coordinates with other disciplines and consultants.May be involved in project/client pursuits.Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule. Participates in all design and construction phases of projects.Manages teams and assists other project team members in the development and maintenance of workplans.Participates in project debriefs and lesson's learned sessions.Leads in planning, design and documentation of projects. Prepares working drawings and stamps drawings. Oversee development of fully coordinated quality design documents.Recommend and implement alterations to design to improve quality.Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers and engineers.Education and Experience:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.Experience: 10+ years of applicable experience. Experience within healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred.Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure required.Computer Skills: Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Large Language Models (LLM's), familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint preferred; Architecture CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam; Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other transformative design tools.Why BSA?At BSA, we empower our team members to make a meaningful impact.
