Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care
Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
Job Duration: Contract

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a long-term care facility. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and quality care in accordance with facility policies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transferring
Respond to call lights promptly
Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and resident condition changes
Report any changes in condition to nursing staff
Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity
Report any concerns of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation immediately
Support overall resident care needs as assigned
Follow all facility policies and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
1+ year experience preferred in long-term care or similar setting
Current BLS certification required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to provide compassionate patient care
