Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
• Negotiate sales terms and close agreements effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain a network of client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role preferred BUT DEFINITELY NOT REQUIRED!
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
