Industrial Maintenance Technician

ALPLA Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep high-speed plastics manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection and blow molding lines, conveyors, and support systems. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, interpret schematics, and support equipment installs and changeovers. Working closely with production and engineering, you’ll help drive uptime, quality, and safety in a clean, sustainability-focused environment with strong training and growth opportunities.
