Pay & Benefits Competitive pay of $19 to $22 per hour based on experience Weekly pay Flexible scheduling with morning, evening, and weekend shifts Paid caregiver training, no prior experience required Paid leave, accruing one hour for every 40 hours worked Overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate Holiday pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for major holidays Mileage reimbursement Employee referral bonuses Supportive, family-oriented work environment What You'll Do Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily personal care. Help seniors and adults who need assistance move safely around their homes. Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry. Provide companionship, emotional support, and social interaction. Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to supervisors. Maintain accurate visit records using our caregiver application. Follow individualized care plans and company safety procedures. This is a Non-medical caregiving position. Skilled nursing, medication setup, and managing client finances are NOT part of this role. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must successfully complete required background screening and Illinois Health Care Worker Registry verification. Must complete required health screening and TB clearance before providing care. Must complete caregiver training and competency evaluations. Reliable transportation to client locations is required. Valid Illinois driver's license and auto insurance if driving for work. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. CNA certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus. Work Location & Schedule We are hiring caregivers throughout DuPage, Cook, Will, Kane, and Kendall counties in Illinois.
