Telecom Communications company seeking a highly skilled sales Manager to lead a team of 3 sales executives
As a manager you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle for VoIP and telecom solutions, working with mid-market and enterprise clients to modernize their business communications as well as manage the team to do the same. Your duties will also include the following:
Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
Lead consultative sales conversations to understand customer communication needs, technical requirements, and business goals
Position VoIP, hosted PBX, SIP, and related telecom solutions as strategic tools that solve real business challenges
Build, manage, and advance a strong, qualified sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Serve as a trusted advisor by educating prospects on VoIP technology, cost savings, scalability, and reliability
Manage and oversee the sales team to effectively meet company goals and sales metrics

Salary is DOE: $75-100K annually
