Senior Director, Experience Solutions & Success Role overview: Oversees development and deployment of digital product/solutions for EVERSANA, ensuring target business benefits as part of the digital growth strategy, and provides senior executive engagement and reporting on performance. Key Responsibilities Strategic partner to EVERSANA ESS clients, connecting the dots across the organization and activating appropriate teams for additional services. Ensure flawless execution of EVERSANA ESS activities and connect them to other business areas. Lead development and execution of the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan in partnership with commercial marketing. Strategically partner with Agency account and EVERSANA new business teams to drive EVERSANA ESS awareness, sales and cross‑organization activation. Assist new business pitch preparation and presentations. Lead Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream and support SVP in Affinity data partnerships. Lead Omnichannel Advisory Council management and customer engagements, including member interviews, synthesizing feedback, events planning. Support and inform prospective client targeting efforts. Act as liaison to third‑party media vendors and internal media team. Contribute to omnichannel engine product roadmap. Support creation of SOPs for product implementation and handoff processes. Partner with account, strategy, PMO, product teams to define project approach, oversee work plans and timelines, communicate revisions. Lead priorities and milestones at a program level; manage internal and external resources to completion. People Leadership Responsibilities Set and drive strategic direction of the organization, aligning with overall goals. Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams to achieve outstanding results. Manage budgets and resources to maximize operational effectiveness. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Promote continuous improvement and embrace new technologies. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums. Lead initiatives supporting community development and environmental sustainability. Job Expectations Travel: 10% Hours: 40 hours per week Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline. Experience and Training 18+ years of product leadership/management on digital products or technology‑driven solutions. 10+ years of traditional project/program management, managing project managers and Agile teams. Well‑versed in Agile framework, including hybrid projects. 10+ years managing large‑scale, cross‑functional, global project teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate with all levels of customers and personnel. Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative work style. Strong organizational skills: detail‑oriented, multi‑assignment handling, confidentiality, timely reporting. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret complex instructions and variables. Technology / Equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common web browsers.
