Behavioral Health Therapists (Full-Time and Part-Time) Family Counseling Service | Aurora, IL | Hybrid Family Counseling Service is hiring full-time and part-time Behavioral Health Therapists to join our Clinical Operations team. For over 100 years, FCS has been committed to removing barriers, building supports, and empowering individuals and families in the Fox Valley community. In this role, you will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of a variety of ages and needs. You will complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation, all while working across a range of agency programs and settings. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages and backgrounds Collaborate with Clinical Care Coordinators and Psychiatric team members to coordinate care Complete assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and community outreach events What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. No prior licensure is needed to start; you will be expected to obtain your LSW, LPC, or related license within two years of hire. LCSW or LCPC preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus. Schedule and Availability Full-time positions are 24 to 35 hours per week. Part-time positions are 12 to 23 hours per week. Evening availability is required, along with potential Saturday morning hours. This position is hybrid/remote eligible, with up to 30% local travel.
