Strategic Customer Account Project SpecialistAs a Strategic Customer Account Project Specialist at Sealed Air, you will play a key role in supporting Sealed Air's Strategic Account team by building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and helping deliver solutions to critical packaging challenges. You'll apply your knowledge of animal, meat, food, or packaging science to support the development of new products and processes, including multi-layer polymer films, packaging equipment, and automation within the meat processing sector. This role combines customer engagement, sales growth, technical expertise, and project management. This role will focus on supporting Sealed Air's customers across the Northwest Arkansas area, building strong customer partnerships and traveling frequently to customer sites throughout the region.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering, and other functional areas. Understand customer needs, concerns, and requirements, providing solutions that support a high level of customer satisfaction. Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support strategies that drive revenue growth across new and existing opportunities. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for business expansion. Develop a strong understanding of Sealed Air's products, services, and technical capabilities to effectively communicate their value to customers. Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams while collaborating with R&D, Engineering, Front-End Innovation, Portfolio, Customer Service, Field Quality, Regional Sales, and other stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Track project progress, identify risks and resolve issues, while maintaining accurate project plans, reports, and customer communications.QualificationsKnowledge of animal science, meat science, food science, or packaging science. Knowledge of the food industry, particularly the meat processing sector; plant experience is highly desirable. Understanding of packaging products, processes, equipment, and automation, particularly within meat processing. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise information for non-technical audiences. Project management and/or research skills, including prioritization, organization, and management of multiple projects and deadlines. Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects with limited supervision. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and attend industry events as needed. Sealed Air Corporation
