Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We're hiring full-time certified occupational therapy assistants to provide in-home care in either Montgomery County or Prince George's County, Maryland. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on COTA work that actually makes a difference — and you'll be doing it on a schedule you help build. This role is a good fit for COTAs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.

Provide home health occupational therapy services under the direction of a supervising OT, following the established plan of care

Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and adaptive techniques

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home modifications

Communicate patient progress to the supervising OT

Coordinate with our clinical team on care planning

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Active certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) license in Maryland (or eligible)

1+ year of clinical experience preferred

Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseload

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

We're hiring more than one COTA for this role. Each therapist works either Montgomery County or Prince George's County — not both — so you'll have a defined territory close to where you live. Home base is our Silver Spring office.

Montgomery County: Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, and surrounding communities

Prince George's County: Hyattsville, College Park, Laurel, Bowie, Greenbelt, Beltsville, and surrounding communities
