Store Manager Responsibilities Maintain daily focus on individual and team members' standards to achieve sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select team members. Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L. Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures. Perform other operational and strategic duties as required. Qualifications At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
