Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long Term Care (LTC) settings preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 residents per day and meet a productivity requirement of 87%. Dress code requires navy blue scrubs. New graduates are considered if willing to learn; preferred that new graduates have SNF experience during Level II fieldwork.

Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Schedule: 5 x 8s. Typical caseload: 8–12 residents per day, servicing both skilled nursing and Part B outpatient (LTC) therapy services. Floating: May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
