Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
• Productivity: 30 per week for registered therapists
• Orientation: 5 days

Location Highlights

Northbrook offers access to both suburban convenience and regional attractions in the northern Chicago area. The Northbrook area is about 25 miles from downtown Chicago and provides access to the Chicago Botanic Garden in nearby Glencoe and Ravinia Festival in Highland Park. Outdoor recreation includes the Des Plaines River Trail and Illinois Beach State Park, which is roughly 30 miles north and offers Lake Michigan shoreline access. Travelers in this area can also reach O'Hare International Airport in about 20 miles, with shopping and dining available at Northbrook Court and throughout the North Shore communities.
