Print Designer

We're looking for a Print Designer whose taste arrived before the trends did and somehow still feels 5 years ahead in Westminster. Consider the trade: your 3 years of Attention to Detail for $68,000 - $94,000, a contract schedule, and ownership most shops never offer. Key Responsibilities Iterate quickly on feedback while protecting design quality and intent Ensure all deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and platform standards Engineer a template system flexible enough to survive Discovery's rebrand Steer a mid-level review toward decisions instead of opinions about decisions Collaborate with marketing, product, and editorial teams based in Westminster Maintain organized source files, asset libraries, and version histories Curate and art-direct a consistent visual feed across owned channels What You'll Bring Clear thinking under the kind of pressure Westminster, CO deadlines bring Curiosity and a continuous drive to sharpen your creative craft Hands-on command of Sketch, with Attention to Detail as a close second The kind of ownership that treats the company's money like your own Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake A track record of tinker-friendly delivery in a contract structure Discovery builds the unglamorous creative plumbing that Westminster, CO relies on, and it does so with underdog-spirited pride. Our Westminster office prizes the quiet contributor who makes everyone around them measurably better. We are offering $68,000 - $94,000, a clear growth track, hands-on mentorship, and the kind of flexibility that keeps CO talent happy. Our talent team is live and responsive, screening new resumes as they land. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation Corp
