PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Journey Mapping & Analysis: Develop and refine a detailed shopper journey map across the litter category Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct store visits and leverage market data to identify growth opportunities and make recommendations to address them. Consumer Insights identification and Idea Generation: leverage consumer research, social listening tools, etc, to identify patterns, insights, needs, and lead creation of ideas (Product, claims, messaging, etc) to address them. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales and corporate market research teams to ensure an integrated recommendation Strategic Recommendations: Synthesize complex findings into a compelling story Market Monitoring: Understand the competition and how it relates to the shopper journey and our unique brand position in the category Deliver recommendations across innovation, packaging, claims, messaging, digital content and retailer execution EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in consumer‑packaged goods (CPG) and brand management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
