Step Into the Flow of a High-Performance Processing Floor

When your shift begins at 3:00pm, you open JDE to review yesterday’s runs, confirm component usage, and match physical counts to system balances. A carrier is scheduled for an evening pickup—your shipment documentation is already in motion, aligned with TTB, OSHA, and DOT requirements. A small variance appears in a report; you track it to a misapplied work order, correct the transaction, and keep production humming. That’s a day in the life of our Processing Operations Inventory & Compliance Coordinator.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Keep the numbers true: Maintain and reconcile inventory, production, and government records to ensure accuracy and compliance with TTB, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standards.
• Move information with precision: Complete and process reports, shipment documentation, work orders, and system transactions in JDE and other manufacturing systems.
• Find and fix: Analyze data, surface reporting or inventory discrepancies, and drive corrective actions that improve processes.
• Raise the bar: Support continuous improvement tied to regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
• Connect the dots: Collaborate across Processing, Logistics, Quality, and Compliance to advance department goals and maintain a positive team environment.

Schedule

Scheduled Shift: Monday through Friday; 3:00pm–11:00pm, 10% shift differential

What You BringRequired

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years in manufacturing, production coordination, inventory, or clerical roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP/MPS/WMS platforms, especially JDE
• Background supporting inventory control, regulatory reporting, or continuous improvement efforts
