Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect user needs and business goals. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across all digital products. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the user experience. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills and performance. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
