As an Agility Lead in Consumer Commercial Banking Digital Team, you will play a significant role as a champion for the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices within our teams. As an Agility Vice President in Digital, you will drive organizational transformation by championing agile principles across multiple teams and business units, while leveraging advanced data analytics to inform executive‑level decisions. In this pivotal role, you’ll mentor leaders, influence executive decision‑making, and deliver actionable insights that shape business direction and innovation across the organization. You will lead cross‑functional teams in applying advanced agile methodologies and data analytics to drive strategic product delivery and continuous improvement. You will help optimize delivery, strengthen agile maturity, and enable transparent, metrics‑driven execution across product and technology stakeholders. Job responsibilities Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies and promote open communication and engagement among team members ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. Use advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadership. Develop and implement short to mid‑term operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve product goals in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of metrics and evidence‑based decisions. Identify trends and generate original ideas to contribute to the development of new policies and best practices within the discipline. Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams through the product development lifecycle, applying advanced agile principles and practices to ensure timely delivery, scalability, and continuous improvement. Facilitate and guide executive‑level discussions, strategic decision‑making processes, and collaborative activities to foster a high‑performing, inclusive environment across the organization. Develop and deliver agile training programs, providing mentorship and thought leadership to associates, managers, and senior leaders on agile approaches and development best practices. Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to review work products, ensuring alignment with firm‑wide policies, operating standards, and strategic objectives. Oversee the compilation, manipulation, and analysis of complex datasets to support business unit and product group objectives, driving actionable insights for senior management. Present data‑driven insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to executive audiences via PowerPoint and other visualization platforms, supporting Product and Technology strategy. Lead the enhancement and automation of data reporting processes and dashboards to support real‑time decision‑making and performance tracking. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management. Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams. Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision‑making processes within the domain context. Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate executive‑level group discussions and strategic decision‑making processes. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, sorting, grouping), data manipulation, and analytics. Proven track record of presenting complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership via PowerPoint or other visualization tools. Extensive experience with data reporting, dashboard creation, and business intelligence tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau. Strong leadership skills in prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and communicating effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders to achieve business goals. 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in agile methodologies, product delivery, and data analytics within a relevant domain. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and delivery frameworks, with proven experience across multiple product development lifecycle stages and best practices. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications. Advanced agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, etc.). Significant experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or product leadership role. In‑depth familiarity with financial services or technology environments. Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and dashboarding to support real‑time decision‑making and performance tracking. Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data‑driven analysis. Experience leveraging analytics and insights to influence senior stakeholders and strategic direction.
