Our agency has been proudly serving the community since October 2016, and our team of 12 (and counting!) is passionate about making a difference while enjoying a fulfilling and dynamic work environment. In 2021, we moved our office to Saginaw, TX and in 2022 we opened our second office which is now located in Justin, TX. Were building a culture thats collaborative, supportive, and where hard work is rewarded! As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steven Barber - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
