This position works Monday-Thursday 1:45pm-11:45pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance checks on all equipment and follow preventative maintenance procedures Ensure proper safety and OSHA regulations; administer lock-out tag-out procedures on any unsafe equipment that is in need of repairs Support the installation, development and startup of new processes Properly document procedures and maintain maintenance records Maintain inventory and good repair of all assigned tools and equipment Communicate essential information regarding incomplete repairs at shift change Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary Other duties as assigned Requirements: 3-5 years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Technician or equivalent Ability to pass background check and drug screening Knowledge of electrical power and control voltage Troubleshooting PLC devices, printers and labeler; Pneumatic and hydraulic Ability to read blueprints and schematic wiring diagrams Basic computer and math skills Forklift and scissor lift experience Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout shift Compensation details: 32-40 Hourly Wage Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Diamond Graphics by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Maintenance Technician” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Graphics
