Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This travel, temporary assignment starts 06/01/2026 for 9 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a 3x12-hour day shift. Weekly pay ranges from $870 to $886.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, documenting care in the patient record
- Monitor vital signs and assess residents for changes in condition; escalate concerns promptly
- Provide routine nursing care for residents, including activities of daily living and comfort measures
- Perform wound care and preventative skin care as ordered; manage charts and care plans
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care
- Ensure infection control, safety, and quality of care through accurate documentation and adherence to policies

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (good standing)
- Minimum 1 year of licensed practical nurse experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient safety skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts; local candidates only
