Education Coordinator

To support training events, the full-time remote Education Coordinator will prepare reports, manage documentation for continuing education certification, and provide technical support to attendees. Key responsibilities Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence related to training events Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing training events while ensuring CE credit requirements are met Create and edit digital content, including videos and social media posts, to promote training initiatives Required qualifications Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience Intermediate proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background check Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
