Registered Nurse ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patients during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to critically ill patients within the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system to document patient information accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and ensure optimal patient coverage.
• Adhere to hospital policies regarding holidays, weekends, and floating protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RTO approval and appropriate state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience, with strong clinical skills.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to work night shifts from 19:00 to 7:00 for 36 hours per week.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system preferred.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and float within scope.
