As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. What you will do: Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages. Assisting customers with inquiries about vehicle sales, service, and parts. Managing the dealerships front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable. Providing administrative support to various departments as needed. Maintaining accurate records and data entry tasks. What we are looking for: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
