Windsor Hospitality is looking for their newest Lounge and Banquet Server/Waitstaff.This position is located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Temecula CA. We are in the heart of Southern California's beautiful Temecula Valley, known for its award-winning wineries, vibrant Old Town, and strong sense of community. Our hotel sits just minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation, offering team members the perfect balance between work and lifestyle. Temecula provides 172 room suites that are welcoming, family-friendly environment with easy access to major freeways for easy commute.The Lounge and Banquet Server/Waitstaff plays a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences by providing attentive, efficient, and courteous service during banquet events and functions. This position supports the Food & Beverage team in executing events to brand standards while ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.As our banquet and event business continues to grow, especially during peak seasons—we rely on dedicated team members to help us deliver seamless, high-quality service for weddings, corporate meetings, and special events. Your role is essential in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, guests feel genuinely cared for, and our property continues to uphold the high standards associated with the Embassy Suites and Windsor Hospitality brands. With your support, we can create memorable experiences that keep our guests returning and recommending us to others.What will you do:Set up banquet and meeting spaces according to event orders, including tables, linens, glassware, and décor in alignment with brand standardsProvide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests throughout each eventServe food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, following proper service etiquetteAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concernsMaintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after eventsClear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to ensure smooth event flowAssist with event breakdown and proper storage of equipment and suppliesCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and fellow team membersFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulationsUphold Windsor Hospitality's commitment to excellence and guest satisfactionSkills and abilities you bring:Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred, but not requiredStrong interpersonal and guest service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsFood Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitalityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureReliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanorTeam player with a positive attitudePhysical Demands: Medium work. Exerting up to 10 to 50 pounds of force occasionally. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, and or requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible.
