What You'll Be Doing

In this full-time role, you'll prepare the operating room before procedures, ensuring every tool, instrument, and surface is sterile and in place. During surgeries, you'll provide direct support to the surgical team anticipating needs, maintaining a sterile field, and staying fully present for every shift in tempo. After procedures, you'll assist with cleanup, instrument reprocessing, and preparation for the next case. It's fast-paced, hands-on, and mission-driven work and it's never the same day twice.

What We're Looking For

You'll need to be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program with active CST certification from NBSTSA or an equivalent credentialing body. Previous OR experience is appreciated, but not required we welcome early-career CSTs who bring sharp focus, steady hands, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with common surgical instruments and procedures is important, but so is the ability to stay calm, think ahead, and communicate clearly in high-pressure moments.
