Psychiatrist - Must have a minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
- Location : Long Beach, CA
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid options

You’ll work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary outpatient setting alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists, with a strong focus on continuity of care, patient outcomes, and meaningful community impact, offering both in-person and telehealth services.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
- Active California medical license, NPI, and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Preferred experience or interest in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional Psychiatry
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience required
Overview of Responsibilities - Psychiatrist
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management (in-person and telehealth)
- Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary care team
- Supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, and therapists
- Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research opportunities
- Provide crisis support as needed and engage community resources
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
