What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Pulling and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accurate quantities and correct items are packed
• Placing labels on cartons for system scanners and selecting appropriate carton sizes for shipping
• Using portable scanning devices and Pick-To-Voice systems to confirm and track orders
• Recording adjustments for short shipments and performing cycle counts as directed
• Inspecting books and placing them in cartons for secure transit
• Walking throughout the warehouse to pick orders and maintaining quality control reports
• Returning over-picks and mis-picks to designated areas
• Following safety methods and instructions to complete warehouse duties

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Can walk and stand for long periods and are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (must have)
• Have previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience (preferred)
• Can meet production requirements and follow detailed instructions
• Are willing to work flexible hours, including multiple shifts
• Are detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
