Registered Nurse - Wound Ostomy Care Schedule 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday Assignment Details Contract length: 16 weeks; Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Wound Ostomy Care
- AHA BLS certification required
- Must possess CWON(R) or CWOCN(R) certification
- Wound care certification (WCC, CWS, or CWCN) required
- Ostomy certification is optional
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients with wounds and ostomies.
- Assess and evaluate patients' wound care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about wound management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
