As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food and beverage production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access, unusual conditions, and/or policy concerns. Maintain a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted activity while supporting site operations and applicable facility requirements. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
