Deer Valley Club Guest Services Agent - Summer 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES: Check guests and owners in and out of Deer Valley Club Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for guests and owners Cover front desk during scheduled shift Answer the phones in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems Concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities Drive guests locally in the company vehicle Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure Assist with carrying guest luggage, firewood, and packages Create and distribute updated schedules of recreational activities, local events, restaurant hours, etc. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred Must be able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
