Make a lasting impact supporting students’ growth by providing in-person Physical Therapy services for two students across Chino and Wildomar campuses. This contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, offering a rewarding way to apply your expertise in a specialized, student-focused setting.

Essential qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current certification
• Prior experience delivering PT services within schools strongly preferred
• Background in pediatric and school-based physical therapy
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a part-time caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Professionalism, adaptability, and organizational skills

What you’ll do:

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services tailored to student goals
• Assess student needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and track progress
• Work closely with IEP teams, teachers, and support staff to ensure best outcomes
• Travel between the assigned campuses as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation to comply with district and statewide standards
• Provide consultation and training to educational staff where appropriate
• Foster a supportive, positive environment aimed at maximizing student participation and independence
