Schedule - Return to work: 8/17/2026 - Additional requested time off: 10/410/27
Assignment Details - New end date: 12/23/2026 (19 weeks due to requested time off)
Requirements - License: IL license in hand required at time of submittal - Certifications: ACLS, ARRT(R), BLS - Years of experience: 1 - Key clinical skills:
- Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures (left/right heart cath, PCI, stent placement, PTCA)
- EP procedures, pacemaker/AICD insertion/programming, temporary pacemakers
- Vascular interventions (angiography, embolization, carotid/mesenteric stenting, thrombectomy/declot)
- Hemodynamic monitoring (PA lines), use of IABP/Impella, rotablator
- Fluoroscopy, sterile scrub technique, vascular closure devices
- Recognition/management of life-threatening arrhythmias, participation in Rapid Response/Code teams
Compliance / Notes - COVID-19 vaccine: Not required - Flu vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions only) - Local/radius rules: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed (exceptions: PCTs, CNAs, MAs) - RTO rules: Max 7 days of RTO without manager approval; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission - Compliance documents due by 3:00 PM CST on the Monday before initial start date
