Pay starts at $13.73+ per hour plus tips , based on experience.

DAY TO DAY AS A FOOD RUNNER

As a Food Runner at Gimme's Par & Grill, you are a vital link between the kitchen and the guest experience. You'll ensure food is delivered quickly, accurately, and presented with care, helping servers maintain pace and consistency during busy shifts.

Much like a great caddy on the course, you'll anticipate needs, move with urgency, and support the entire team to keep service running smoothly. Your role helps set the tone for guest satisfaction, and your attention to detail directly impacts the quality of every visit.

DAY TO DAY AS A HOST

To excel as a Host at Gimme's Par & Grill, you must possess a vibrant and customer-focused attitude, welcoming patrons with enthusiasm. Your ability to multitask and prioritize seating arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and servers, is essential. Strong communication skills are key, as you will interact with patrons to address inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally.

Proficiency in reservation software and the ability to manage bookings and waitlists efficiently is crucial. Attention to detail plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and restrooms. Being proactive, courteous, and knowledgeable about our offerings will enhance the overall guest experience.

DAY TO DAY AS A GOLF ASSOCIATE

Golf Associates are essential to Gimme's Par & Grill as you will be the direct contact for all guests enjoying our simulators! You will help to deliver exceptional service to all guests, creating a welcoming and energetic environment. Maintain golf simulators and bays, ensuring they are clean, reset, and guest-ready between reservations. Manage and organize golf clubs, balls, and other equipment; track usage and report issues promptly. Assist guests with basic simulator troubleshooting and gameplay questions.
